Roddy Inc., the Bensalem, PA industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm recently announced that it represented National Performance Packaging, LLC in the leasing of a 22,963 square foot portion of their 138,671 square foot modern one-story building located at 100 Main Street, Tullytown, Bucks County, PA to Allied Building Products Corp., represented by Patrick McNulty of Mohr Partners, Inc.
Allied Building Products Corp. was established in Jersey City, NJ in 1950 as a family-operated roofing and custom sheet metal fabrication business. Through strong commitment to both customers and manufacturers, they have developed relationships to ultimately become one of the largest and most successful distributors in the building materials industry.
Sean Durkin of Roddy Inc. advised Allied Building Products Corp. leased the property to accommodate the company’s continued growth and intends to use the space for distribution of interior construction products such as drywall and accessories.
