Sean Durkin of Roddy Inc. advised Allied Building Products Corp. leased the property to accommodate the company’s continued growth and intends to use the space for distribution of interior construction products such as drywall and accessories.
Tankon New York Inc. leased 37,884 square feet and advised they property has been leased for the manufacturing and distribution of paper products.
