Roddy Inc., the Bensalem based industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm represented Osprey Properties, LLC in the sale of their 43,587 square foot facility located at 1500 Grundy’s Lane, Keystone Park, Bristol, Bucks County, PA. The transaction was facilitated by Frank Roddy & Robert Olender.
The property was sold to CGM Property LLC, an entity related to Quality Service Plus Inc., who will occupy a portion of the facility along with Office Environments and the Broken Goblet Brewery, who will continue to occupy the facility. Quality Service Plus, Inc. operates a national turn-key branding solutions company, which specializes in painting, fabrication and installation services along with a network of installers strategically positioned to cover all major U.S. markets.
