LMG Leases 16,800 Sq. Ft. Within the Welsh Valley Industrial Center

Frank Roddy, President of Roddy Inc., represented Logan Marketing Group, LLC, (“LMG”) in leasing 16,800 sq. ft. of the 45,600 sq. ft. multi-tenant facility located at 108D Park Drive, Welsh Valley Industrial Center, Montgomeryville, PA, which was developed and is owned by Nappen & Associates.

LMG advised that the facility will be used for the warehousing, distribution and assembly of direct mail marketing products and point-of-purchase displays.

The facility is situated near the intersection of Route 309 and Route 63 providing excellent access to Route 202 and Route 463 as well as the Lansdale Interchange (Exit 31) of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension and Fort Washington Interchange (Exit 339) of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Logan Marketing Group, LLC is a holding company based in Lumberton, NJ, and is owned by a group of direct mail industry executives. LMG’s strategy is to acquire multiple direct mail companies and create a fully integrated direct marketing services company.  LMG recently completed the acquisition of IBS Direct, a longtime direct marketing printer and services provider based in King of Prussia, PA.
