Roddy Inc., the Bensalem-based industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced that it brokered the investment sale of a modern, one-story fleet service facility located at 120 Minue Street, Carteret, Middlesex County, NJ to Alterra Property Group, LLC on behalf of 120 Minue Street LLC.
Frank Roddy, President of Roddy Inc., advised that the 17,280 SF crane-served facility situated on 4.43 acres was sold to Alterra Property Group, LLC for $9,500,000. The property was delivered under and subject to a long-term lease with Maxim Crane Company who have been the sole occupant of the building.
