Roddy Inc., the Bensalem, PA industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced that it represented FellowShip Warehousing & Logistics LLC (“FellowShip”) in leasing the modern one-story facility of approx. 184,611 sq. ft. situated on 11.88 acres located at 3001 Frost Road, Keystone Park, Bristol Township, Bucks County, PA.  The building, which is owned by EQT Exeter who were represented by Tilghman Rouse in negotiations, offers FellowShip 28′-30’ clear ceiling heights, 28 tailgate loading docks and a drive-in door, 15,000 sq. ft. of offices, an ESFR sprinkler system, and extensive automobile and trailer parking.

Superbly located in Keystone Park, Bucks County’s premier business park, at the Route 413 Interchange of Interstate 95, the property offers convenient access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit 351 Bensalem and Exit 358 Delaware Valley), only minutes away, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike.  Route 295 and New Jersey are quickly accessed via the Burlington Bristol and Betsy Ross Bridges as well.
