Frank Roddy, president of Roddy Inc. advised that he sold the property to Drummond Associates in 1994 after which the property had been occupied by the ownerships affiliated company, Rhoads Metal Fabrications and Maintenance Services, Inc. and during the last three (3) years the property had been leased to Mother's Work which lease was also negotiated by Roddy.
