85,000 Square Feet Leased on Behalf of Phila Authority for Industrial Dev.

The 85,000 square foot crane served building offers ceiling heights up to 70' and crane service with lifting capacities up to 150 tons and is located within the 1,100-acre mixed-use master plan development formerly owned by the U.S. Navy and currently managed by the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation. Currently, approximately 6,000 employees work in the 4,000,000 square feet of industrial and office space with major tenants including the U.S. Navy, Kvaerner Shipyard Corporation and forty-five (45) other private companies.
