Hardeep Chawla, Principal of 1700 Tomlinson Road Associates and its related company, Sant Properties, advised he has purchased and plans to completely renovate the former Spain's distribution facility consisting of 83,295 square feet on 4.36 acres on behalf of The Philadelphia Academy Charter School.
Brien Gardiner, CAO, of The Philadelphia Academy Charter School, advised the facility will be used to accommodate the school's rapid expansion and house students from grades 9-12.
