The building features seven (7) tailgate loading docks, 19'6” to 20' clear ceiling heights, is heated and sprinklered throughout, and contains 7,540 square feet of offices and parking for ninety-five (95) automobiles.

S&G Bensalem Realty Investment, LLC is a private investment real estate holding company whose principals are also the principals of Spirit Delivery and Distribution Services, Inc.
