Wesley in the acquisition of the 46,600 sf Crane Served Warehouse Facility located at 4441 Ruby Carson Boulevard, Birmingham, AL. The property consists of 12 acres offering frontage along the CSX Railroad and is presently improved with a one-story office structure of 46,600 sf. The Wesley's paid $1,000,000.00 for the property.
The Wesley's will develop the property and lease it on a long-term basis to their operating company, Amquip Corporation. Joseph L. Wesley, President of Amquip Corporation, advised that the property will be improved as a state-of-the-art crane service facility. The entire site will be paved, fenced and lit to store the company's fleet of tower cranes as well as warehousing its customer's product.
