Mr. Bound purchased the property under and subject to a lease with Iron Mountain Records Management who occupy 40,000 square feet of the building under a long term lease an Mr. Bound will lease the remaining vacant 40,000 square feet to one of his operating companies, Metro Beverages of Philadelphia. Metro Beverages currently occupy a 20,000 square foot building in Bensalem Township at this time and the move will represent an increase in their square footage by approximately 100%. In addition to increasing their square footage they will materially improve upon their cubic footage due to the higher ceilings in the new facility as well as materially improving their loading.  Since Metro's existing facility and the subject facility are located in the same township they will be able to preserve their workforce and the new facility will allow them to expand their workforce.
