Fleck Realty Holdings, L.P., an entity closely related to A.L. Patterson, Inc. and Paterson Warehouse, Inc. will develop the 6.74 acre site with a 30,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility that will be occupied by A.L. Patterson, Inc. under a long-term lease and a 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility for Patterson Warehouse Inc. The project will be managed by Keystone Heritage Group of Doylestown, Pa.
