TWI, LLC Acquires Shell Gasoline Station Site at 3025 Schoenersville Road
Roddy Inc., the Bensalem, PA based Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm, represented TWI, LLC in the acquisition of the former Shell Gasoline Station site located at 3025 Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem, PA.
The property is located adjacent to the Lehigh Valley Hospital and Lehigh Valley Airport.
Frank Roddy, President of Roddy Inc., who represented the Wesley's in acquiring the property advised that the Wesley's paid $1,200,000.00 in an all cash transaction.
Roddy advised that this acquisition completes the assemblage of five (5) parcels comprising approximately twenty-one (21) acres at Route 22 and Schoenersville Road. The twenty-one (21) acres offers extensive frontage along Route 22, Schoenersville Road and Industrial Drive.
Roddy, on behalf of the Wesley's, assembled the five (5) parcels over a two-plus (2+) year period and now intend to offer the twenty-one (21) acres that are zoned shopping center district for sale or, in the alternative, the Wesley's will develop the property on a lease basis for specific retail users or office users.
