The property is strategically located off Route 130 at the foot of the Betsy Ross Bridge and offers easy access to Route 73, Route 70, Route 38, Interstate 295, Interstate 95 and the Ben Franklin Bridge. Pistorio, LLC intends to build a 25,000-30,000 square foot flex space facility over the next two (2) years.
