Roddy Inc., the Bensalem based industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, represented Network Sales & Leasing, Inc. in the acquisition of a new airplane hangar located in the Mercer County Airport in Mercer County, New Jersey.
Frank Roddy, who handled the transaction on behalf of Network Sales & Leasing, Inc. advised that the purchase price was $435,000.00 for the virtually new hangar that will be utilized by Network Sales & Leasing, Inc. for the storage of a Sabreliner 65 jet.
The seller in the transaction was Corporate Aviation Hangars of TTN, LLC who originally developed the hangar along with eleven other hangars, some of which have been sold and others of which remain available for sale or lease.
