Roddy Inc. the Bensalem based Industrial And Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm announced that it represented 249 Canal Road, L.P. in the leasing of 249 Canal Road in the Penn Warner Industrial Park, Falls Township, Bucks County, PA to Future Foam, Inc. The 56,086 square foot facility situated on 4.094 acres is heated and sprinklered throughout, features 20'8” – 28' clear ceilings, eleven (11) tailgate loading docks, one (1) drive-in door, three (3) car rail siding and 1,450 square feet of offices. The term lease calls for an aggregate rental in excess of $1,000,000.00.

Frank Roddy, President of Roddy Inc., who handled the transaction advised that Future Foam also occupies 259 Canal Road in the Penn Warner Industrial Park which consists of 60,000 square feet under a long-term lease, said facility is owned by an entity related to the ownership of 249 Canal Road.
