Roddy Inc. Represents UPS e-Logistics in Leasing 324,000 Square Foot Building

Roddy Inc., the Bensalem, PA industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced that it represented UPS e-Logistics in the leasing of Building #4 consisting of 324,000 square feet in the Blue Mountain Logistics Park, Harrisburg, PA. Blue Mountain Logistics Park is located on Interstate 81, one mile west of Exit #27, and is being developed by Dermody Properties of Reno, Nevada. The park consists of 95.38 acres and will have a total of four buildings when completed totaling 1,500,000 square feet. The first building constructed in the park consisting of 770,000 square feet was fully leased prior to completion and 440,000 square feet is occupied by C & S Wholesale Grocers and 330,000 square feet is occupied by United Stationers. Dermody Properties is being represented by the real estate brokerage firm of Commercial-Industrial Realty Corporation headquartered in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The UPS e-Logistics building should be completed by June 1, 2001 and will offer UPS e-Logistics a state of the art tilt up concrete facility providing 30' clear ceiling heights an ESFR sprinkler system, 39 tailgate loading docks, 10,000 square feet of offices and parking for 308 vehicles.
