Roddy Inc. brought to fruition Stein & Margulies, L.P.'s plan that it commenced four years ago to sell, each year, one of its four buildings that it has owned in the Wes-Port Industrial Park for numerous years. The last and final sale was of the property located at 776 American Drive, Bensalem, Bucks County, PA consisting of 1.4 acres on which is located a one story building of 28,093 square feet. The property was acquired for $1,100,000.00 by R.D. Bitzer Company, Inc. R.D. Bitzer Company, Inc., a family run company founded in 1929, is a manufacturer's representative of mechanical and industrial products (i.e. hydronic, plumbing and steam systems). R.D. Bitzer Company, Inc. services eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and northern Delaware.
