Frank Roddy, President of Roddy, Inc. advised that the 14.0 acres property on which is located at 105,431 square foot one story building was sold for 2,000,000. Roddy further advised that he sold the property to Williams Foods, Inc in May of 2000 on behalf of Wagner Foods. The new ownership of the property will be making improvements to same after which the property will be occupied by Berger Brothers Company under a long term lease.
