L-3 Communications Corporation's Telemetry - East (“L-3”) decided to expand its new one story 75,000 square foot state of the art office/light manufacturing/assembly and research and development facility at 1515 Grundy's Lane in I-95 Business Center at Keystone Park, Bristol Township, Bucks County, PA. to 85,000 square feet.
Frank Roddy, President of Roddy Inc., the Bensalem based industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, that was responsible for negotiating the original long term lease and also responsible for negotiating the expansion space advised that the long term lease calls for an aggregate rental in excess of $12,000,000.00.

Further they advised that the move from Newtown, Bucks County to the new facility has been completed and they have been able to retain all of their personnel.
