The property was acquired by Victor G. Warren Revocable Trust for $2,100,000.00. Warren will lease the building to his operating company, Fairrington Transportation who is the largest independent consolidator/transporter of destination entry mail firm in the United States, with headquarters in Hodgkins, Illinois. The leasing of this property will be the fourth addition to three existing warehouse facilities located in Bedford Park, Illinois, Memphis, Tennessee and Kansas City, Missouri. Fairrington also have four consolidation centers strategically located within a few miles of major mail producing markets thereby, lowering overall transportation costs and improving volume efficiencies.

This is the third time within seven years that Roddy Inc. brokered transactions covering this property, having leased it in 1993 to Southstar Steel Corporation, and subsequently having sold it to Southstar Steel Corporation in 1996.
