Wesley, the principals of Amquip Corporation, in the acquisition of the former Consolidated Freightways Truck Terminal property located at 2007 Industrial Drive, Bethlehem, PA.
The 4.3 acre site is occupied by a 20,342 square foot truck terminal that had been occupied by Consolidated Freightways prior to its filing bankruptcy.

Roddy further advised that this property together with Amquip's adjacent property, fronting on Route 22 and Schoenersville Road, brings the Wesley's holdings to approximately 10 acres at this location.
Roddy advised the Wesley's bought the property for investment purposes and will be exploring development opportunities for the property over the next few months and may consider leasing the property for the next year or two until their development plans are finalized.
