Roddy Inc., the Bensalem, PA industrial and commerical real estate brokerage firm, recently announced that it represented Metaphase Technologies, Inc. in leasing a 40,600 square foot portion of the modern one-story building located at 211 Sinclair Road, Bristol, PA. The lease calls for an aggregate rental of approximately $507,000. For nearly two decades, Metaphase Technologies, Inc. has been developing products that advance "The Quality of Light" through engineering and manufacture of uniform diffuse high brightness and ultra high brightness LED illuminators for machine vision, military and specialty lighting applications. Robert Olender of Roddy Inc. advised Metaphase Technologies, Inc. leased the facility to accommodate the company’s continued growth. The Sinclair Street property is owned by Keystone II Associates, L.P., an entity of Pitcarin Properties and is headquartered in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania.
