The property is located in the I-95 Industrial Park with excellent access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike, New Jersey Turnpike, I-95 and bridges to New Jersey. Robert Olender of Roddy Inc., who brokered the transaction advised the facility was sold to Rolling K Holdings, LLC for $1,100,000 and will continue to be occupied by Combined Express, Inc. Combined Express provides over-the-road and intermodal LTL and truckload transportation services throughout the United States.
